The Accelerator is a 6 week program focusing on creating sustainable systems and habits to reach your health and fitness goals. This program lays down the groundwork and simplifies health and fitness so you can start taking small steps to get you towards your goals. No more overwhelming amounts of information or supplements – we are fast tracking you to the system that actually works! The Accelerator includes everything you need – workouts, meal template, recipes, community and accountability. I will be there to hold your hand every step of the way through this virtual journey – and the community is so much fun to be apart of!
