Equipment you will need

The only equipment you need for the program is a set of dumbbells, a band and something to step up onto. You can always get creative with soup cans, a chair, your couch. There are no limits, it is whatever you can create with your budget and space.

The starter program has everything you need to build healthy habits - workout videos, recipes, mobility and a community. Everything can be done from home so you can skip the excuses, and the pants. The higher up tiers give you access to all of this, plus one on one coaching check-ins with me so you stay on track to reach your goals.

How it works

When you join the program, or trial it, you create a login. That log in gives you access to the back end of the website where you will login and unlock a dashboard. All of the material you need is right there, no extra documents, emails etc. Just log in and bam, you are ready to go.

New workouts are posted Monday mornings! I know how much people love a “fresh new start” so we start the week with a bang!

YES! Very limited equipment is needed for these workouts. I will always list the workout – that way you can plan ahead if you want to do the workout outside your current routine and place!

You will need a set of dumbbells, a band, and something to step onto! Bands can be found at hopefitnessgear.com and code HALEY will get you 20% off! Or you can find them on Amazon by searching “pull up band”.

Yes – you can cancel your membership at any time with no additional fees! You can also easily come back by just logging back in and re-activating your account.

Workouts are about 20 minutes! Sometimes a little longer depending on how long I explain – but the sweating part is usually 20.
