SHORT BUT EFFECTIVE WORKOUTS


Most people don’t have an hour (or more) to work out everyday, which usually causes us to not workout at all. That is why the Collective workouts are only 20-30 minutes in duration and use minimal equipment such as bands, dumbbells and a chair. Workouts include strength training as well as metabolic training, so you get the most out of those 20 minutes. All you have to do is throw on your workout clothes and press play.

Nutrition Tips and Recipes


We know nutrition is an important player in health, but also the most difficult. The Collective program gives you nutrition guidelines to follow in a simple way, so there is no overwhelming tracking, counting and guessing. Simply implement the guidelines into your routine at a rate that is comfortable for you – because after all, it is about a lifestyle change!

Community and Accountability


The number one reason people give up on any fitness program is because they lose motivation or there is no one to hold them accountable. Well with the Collective program, you get it all!
