This is custom programming and nutrition, designed for YOU, based on YOUR goals, and YOUR needs. If you have a specific goal in mind you want to achieve, one on one coaching will get you there the fastest.
Online training is basically a virtual personal trainer. So instead of finding a gym, getting hooked up with a trainer, scheduling “x” number of sessions per week in their schedule…you do it on your time. We give you all the tools you need to reach your goals, without having to “see” them us person. You take your personalized program to the gym (or at home) and do it on your own schedule.
The simple answer here is online training is going to be tailored to you specifically and your goals, while an online subscription is just a general fitness program. If you have a specific goal and want a program that will work for you, then apply for one on one training. Online training is also going to take into account home vs. gym, as well as what equipment you have, what workout split to do for strength training etc. Again, tailored to you and your specific goals rather than just a general fitness program.

I studied the human body and how it reacts to exercise for 4 years, and I continue to educate myself on a daily basis! I am honestly so intrigued by the way we move and how altering small variables can change the outcome completely. Over years of training myself, and others, I have found that a mixture of strength training and circuit training is the best way to achieve results. Whether it be weight loss or muscle gain, progressive overload in simple movements will get you to your goal...and small changes in tempo and load will keep you from getting bored. I also try to incorporate some of YOUR favorite ways to exercise to make sure it is a program that you are willing to stick to, as long as it is something that is safe and has research to back it!
I spent 3 years training in-person at a gym, so I know how important it is to feel comfortable and supported by your trainer. This is why before starting an online program with me I get on the phone with each and every prospect. I ask questions about your lifestyle, hobbies, goals, limitations, history and learn as much about you as I can. I also share a lot about myself with you, so that you know what my background is, my passion for the industry and who I am as a person. I know what it is like to feel like you are just another form of income to someone, and I want you to know that I truly CARE about you and your health.
