Build is a bodybuilding and hypertrophy program focused on progressive overload. This program is designed to build muscle strength and size so you can get that “toned” look. This is best used as a gym program with access to a wide range of equipment, but can also be done at home with the right modification techniques. This program was created for anyone new to exercise or returning after taking time off. Beginner will help you build a solid foundation of movement patterns, core strength and overall understanding of the body as you progress to harder, more challenging movements. If you are needing a program to do ANYWHERE and ANYTIME, this is it. This program uses only your bodyweight to get in a great workout no matter the circumstances. Quick, effective and geared towards getting in movement when in a pinch. This program is available with all Collective App subscriptions.

The 4th trimester is a postpartum workout program for ALL levels. It starts days after delivery and lasts for 20 weeks to help you rebuild strength and function in your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and birth. It also focuses on foundational strength training movements so you can easily transition to a high intensity program without concern. This program is available with all Collective App subscriptions.
*Day 1 of program is 1 week PP, so if you are 6 weeks PP i recommend starting at week 6 of the program. If you find the program easier than where you are currently, you can jump to where the program suits you. But DO NOT jump the gun because you want to “bounce back”. You need a solid foundation before you can start performing weighted exercises or even just more challenging bodyweight exercises. Mom strong is a pregnancy program that follows you through each of the 3 trimesters. The programming works with you and your body to keep you moving through the 9 months while keeping you safe and confident. Core and pelvic floor exercises are number one here, as well as transitioning into exercises to prepare for birth. You can start this program at whatever week of pregnancy you are at - for example, if you are 21 weeks, start the program at week 21. This program is available with all Collective App subscriptions.

The OG Collective program has full length videos to follow along with. All the other programs have expert led form videos for every movement inside the app.
Equipment varies by program but most of them require a large loop band, a set of dumbbells and something to step up on like a box or bench.
Yes – you can cancel your membership at any time with no additional fees! You can also easily come back by just logging back in and re-activating your account. To cancel - you will need to cancel through the online desktop version of the app. "Log In" Tab is located on Endorphitness Website. Once logged into your account > "Menu" icon > "Billing" and then you can carry out the cancellation process.
Yes - all workouts are able to be done at home or in a gym.
